Beechfield

A unique extension with character to an existing four bedroom, one bathroom, semi detached house. This home was extended with a loft conversion and single storey side and rear extension and now provides five bedrooms, three bathrooms with a lovely open plan kitchen and living area. The slopes to the rear was challenging but we overcame this and worked with the natural gradient of the site and now the client has a pleasant addition to his house with comforting views into the city townscape.
